The next regular Chapel Open Day will be on September 9th, from 10am to 2.30pm, with guided tours, refreshments, memorabilia, and stalls.
The following week is Open House weekend, when we shall be open on Saturday 16th September from 10am to 4pm and on Sunday from 1pm to 4.30pm.

Thames Chase Community Forest’s annual 10K and family fun run.
Multi-lap and very gently undulating 10K route through picturesque park and woodland. Off road and completely traffic free on network of flat surfaced paths, with a small section of grass/meadow.

Our Sunday Markets offer the best in local produce brought to you by local people.
Sunday Markets at the Forest Centre are held on the third Sunday each month and focus on local produce and local crafts. (All crafts are handmade)
We aim to help the local economy by offering the freshest local produce at affordable prices. Held in the Barn, our markets stage a fine selection of local produce, with crafts stalls on view, giving you the opportunity to buy exquisite pieces of art and craft and help local craftsmen. This event is not to be missed.

Thames Chase Guided Walk – Parklands and Bonnetts Wood at Thames Chase Forest Centre

Meet at the car park off Park Farm Road, where we will be joined by a representative of Friends of Parklands at 10am They will describe some of the history and the unusual trees in Parkands, during the walk we will see the recently renovated bridge
Then we will cross the road into Bonnetts Wood which is a mixture of meadow and newly planted native English trees. We will also see and hear about an exciting development which will link Bonnets Wood to Berwick Glades.
At Bonnets wood we will have the opportunity to see the restored Water Vole sanctuary which the Conservation Volunteers worked on earlier this year.
