Join us for evening of Coffee and conversation on Thursday 28 April. There will be a series of mini talks and demonstrations throughout the evening and we will reimagine the taste of coffee from 300 years ago. Don’t worry we will also brew some cutting edge and modern alternatives. Our resident expert barista will talk about the process of making coffee and where they went wrong in the eighteenth century. Other talks will look at the history of the coffee houses in London.
Tickets are £12 and, of course, include a cup of coffee and entry to the Hall.
